The Seattle office of The Employment Guide® & EmploymentGuide.com, a division of Dominion Enterprises, is currently hiring 2 inside sales representatives to join our growing team of internet and print advertising sales professionals. Work is fast-paced, heavy on innovation and customer service, while maintaining time efficiency in call center environment.  You will wear countless hats, selling recruitment advertising across a broad spectrum of websites and products:  The Employment Guide® and EmploymentGuide.com, as well as HealthCareerWeb.com, CareersInGear.com, WiserWorker.com and vendor booths at our annual job fairs at Safeco Field and The Greater Tacoma Convention and Trade Center.  This is consultative selling at its best; not just another telemarketing job.

Recent sales experience, preferably business-to-business, and a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the Internet are just the basic requirements of the position.  To hit the ground running, you'll need very strong computer literacy and a fearless can-do attitude.  Bonus points for those who've worked in dialer-free outbound telesales making over 50 calls per day.

We offer a $500/week guarantee for the first 90 days and salary + commission and bonus opportunity after your initial ramp-up period.  Our hours are M-F, 8AM-5PM.
